Janell Rotella is the Sales Manager of PerenniAL. She has 23 years of experience across many operational verticals including: commercial, sales, human resources, finance, operations management, and customer relations. She is a positive change agent who is proactive, reliable, self-motivated, solutions-oriented, results-driven, and highly collaborative.

Janell serves as a Director of the Board for The Baltimore Family Crisis Center, Director of the Board for The Propeller Club of Baltimore, and serves on the Aluminum Extruders Council’s marketing committee.

In her free time, Janell enjoys running, hiking, bicycling, kayaking, paddle boarding and spending time with her loved ones.
